Trading Technology Lead

Hiring for an international Oil & Gas Trading office recently established in Dubai. The role involves owning the technology stack and building internal tools and dashboards that the desk runs on, sitting next to the PM and traders. Required qualifications: - 6+ years at an energy company or trading firm - Strong Python, SQL, Spark, Power BI, Azure (Microsoft Fabric highly desired) - Proven track record of shipping tools a trader actually used (dashboards, exposure analytics etc.) - Understanding of commodity trading lifecycle and trading operations - Comfortable working directly with traders, risk, operations, and senior stakeholders Position is fully on-site in Dubai.
