Architectural BIM Coordinator

We are hiring Architectural BIM Coordinators (2 Positions) for a prestigious project in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. Only candidates currently available in KSA will be considered. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with previous experience in GCC projects - Bachelors Degree in Architecture - Previous experience working/coordinating on a project with steel structure scope will be an advantage - Experience reviewing subcontractors' BIM models and drawings - Strong knowledge of clash detection and coordination across all disciplines - Mandatory experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD Important: Only candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia (KSA) will be considered due to the urgency of the role. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. This is an on-site role.
