A company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Director of Strategy Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct the strategy function including strategic planning, performance management and transformation initiatives Develop and implement organizational strategic frameworks, roadmaps and KPI systems aligned with business objectives Coordinate with executive leadership and business units on strategic planning cycles and performance review processes Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence and sector developments to inform strategic decision-making Prepare strategic reports, board presentations and executive briefings for senior leadership review Requirements: UAE Nationals only
