Projects Director

We are looking for an experienced Projects Director to lead a multi-project portfolio in Riyadh and AlUla. Key Responsibilities: Own clients and projects A to Z — from award through closeout — across multiple concurrent AlUla projects (SAR 20M–60M+ each). Drive end-to-end delivery: programme, cost, quality, HSE, and contractual compliance. Align cross-functionally with commercial, procurement, finance, factory, and design to unblock delivery. Establish PMO standards, tools, and governance with direct CEO backing. Build and maintain Power BI reporting; operate fully within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). Drive execution on the ground and reinforce delivery teams hands-on when needed. Cut cost through value engineering, package restructuring, and subcontractor negotiation. Lead technical/contractual responses to NCRs and client correspondence. Identify and secure commercial entitlements — variations and claims — with defensible documentation. Own project cash: forward cash-flow projections, invoice certification, and collections. Requirements: 10+ years in construction/fit-out project management, 5+ in Saudi Arabia — giga-project or government client experience strongly preferred. Proven multi-project portfolio delivery of lump-sum contracts with tight variation and claims management. Strong contractual literacy (FIDIC or bespoke government forms). Working command of Power BI and ERP-based project controls (Dynamics 365/Business Central). PMO setup/transformation experience; engineering or architecture degree; PMP preferred. Willingness to be based in AlUla for extended periods with regular Riyadh coordination. Bilingual Arabic/English (written and spoken) strongly preferred.
