Sourcing & Procurement Manager

A leading manufacturing and industrial company is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities, strengthen supplier relationships, manage contractual processes, and ensure cost-effective and reliable supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and commercial negotiations. * Manage supplier relationships, performance evaluation, and risk management. * Oversee contract lifecycle management (CLM) and ensure compliance with contractual terms. * Develop procurement strategies that support cost optimization and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and reliable supply. * Utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel tools to support procurement analysis and reporting. Candidate Requirements: * 10–12 years of experience in procurement and sourcing. * At least 7 years in a managerial position. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. * Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and negotiation. * Proven experience in supplier management, performance management, and risk management. * Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). * Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel. * Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. * MBA and CIPS/MCIPS certifications are highly preferred. Eligibility: * Open to all Arab nationalities. * A transferable Iqama is required.
