Senior Planning Engineer

Ashley Frazer is recruiting on behalf of a leading Project Management Consultancy in Dubai for the following position: Position: Senior Planning Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 across residential development project phases Monitor project progress against baseline and identify schedule risks, delays and recovery opportunities Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and earned value analyses for management and client reporting Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams on planning inputs and look-ahead schedules Support delay analysis, time impact assessments and extension of time documentation as required Requirements: 10+ years of relevant planning engineering experience Previous PMC experience is mandatory High-end residential project experience in UAE is beneficial
