Core Responsibilities: * Maintain job grading structures, salary bands, and compensation frameworks. * Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis for pay reviews. * Manage annual compensation cycles (promotions, merit increases, and adjustments). * Manpower budgeting and cost forecasting. * Ensure full compliance with HR policies, internal controls, and labor regulations. Requirements: * Minimum 6 years of related experience required. * Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related major. * Saudi national only. * Must mention job title in email subject line.
