REDCON International is looking to hire qualified professionals for the following position: Position: Foreman (Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical) Project: Banan Sports Club - Phase 1A Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Eligibility: Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and direct labour crews in the execution of assigned construction works - Interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions and ensure works are carried out accordingly - Monitor daily productivity, material consumption and workforce attendance on site - Enforce HSE rules and safe work practices among workers at all times - Coordinate with site engineers and QC inspectors to ensure quality of completed works Requirements: - KSA/GCC construction project experience - Strong communication and reporting skills
