Architectural Director

Leading design consultancy is seeking an exceptional Architectural Director to join their Dubai studio. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious architect with extensive experience delivering luxury hospitality, resort and urban hospitality projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate combines outstanding design leadership with strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to build client relationships, win new work, lead bids and proposals, and drive successful project delivery from concept through completion. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives working autonomously, enjoys developing business opportunities, and wants to play a key role in growing an established Architecture studio. Requirements: • 15+ years' hospitality architecture experience • Proven delivery of luxury hotels, resorts and mixed-use developments • Strong client-facing and business development experience • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams • Experience across all project stages from concept through construction • Middle East experience preferred
