Project Director – Super High-Rise Construction

We're Hiring | Project Director – Super High-Rise Construction | Dubai, UAE Are you an experienced Project Director with a proven track record of delivering iconic super high-rise developments? Join our team and lead the successful execution of a landmark project in Dubai. What We're Looking For: ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). ✅ 15–20 years of construction industry experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing super high-rise or large-scale high-rise projects. ✅ Proven experience delivering skyscrapers, mixed-use developments, or mega projects from concept to handover. ✅ Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, procurement, risk management, stakeholder management, and HSE compliance. ✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other project management tools. ✅ PMP Certification is mandatory. LEED/BREEAM accreditation will be an added advantage. ✅ Prior experience in the UAE/GCC construction market is highly preferred. ✅ Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and able to attend a face-to-face interview.
