Branch Manager - Hypermarket

Role Title: Branch Manager - Hypermarket | مدير فرع – هايبر ماركت Agency: El Maaly Group for Recruitment Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Industry: Hypermarket / Retail Operations Target Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Hypermarket Leadership Primary Responsibilities & Scope: - Direct comprehensive day-to-day hypermarket branch operations, floor displays, customer service excellence, and inventory flows. - Drive key commercial KPIs, gross margin goals, sales strategies, and revenue targets across all retail departments. - Lead, recruit, mentor, and evaluate multi-disciplinary store teams, section managers, and floor personnel. - Manage supplier relations, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and compliance with local health and safety regulations. - Analyze daily commercial dashboards and financial metrics to optimize operational overheads and maximize store profitability. Candidate Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience specifically as a Branch Manager within large-format hypermarkets or superstores. - Strong track record of target achievement, revenue growth, and multi-departmental workforce management. - Exceptional executive leadership, conflict resolution, and operational planning capabilities. - Mandatory fluency in professional English (written and spoken).
