Group HR Operations Manager

Lead end-to-end HR Operations across multiple countries and territories. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, offboarding and HR administration. Manage HR policies, procedures, employee relations support and employment compliance. Oversee UAE immigration, employment contracts and international assignment documentation. Requirements: Multi-country HR experience is essential, ideally across multiple legal entities and diverse operating environments. Strong blue-collar workforce exposure is a must, preferably in industrial, engineering, equipment, manufacturing, mining or similarly operational businesses. A solid 360° HR Operations / HR Generalist background, with hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR administration and employee services.
