Governance Specialist

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Governance Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Support the design and implementation of project and organizational governance frameworks - Develop governance documentation including policies, procedures, RACI matrices and decision logs - Monitor governance compliance and provide guidance to project teams on governance requirements - Assist in the setup and operation of PMO governance structures and reporting mechanisms - Facilitate governance reviews, audits and maturity assessments Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on government, PMO or urban development projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
