Business Development Manager

Atara Development is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Business Development Manager Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate and pursue new real estate development opportunities including land acquisition, joint ventures and strategic partnerships - Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand Atara Development's project portfolio in the UAE - Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, brokers, government authorities and key industry stakeholders - Conduct market research, feasibility assessments and commercial analysis to support investment decisions and development pipeline planning - Prepare business development reports, investment proposals and strategic presentations for senior leadership and board review Requirements: - UAE real estate development background is mandatory - Strong network within the UAE real estate market - Proven track record in business development within a real estate development organization
