In this role, you will be customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realisation, and operational efficiency. You will own high-stakes client engagements end-to-end, bringing deep project management expertise to solve problems on the ground and drive customer outcomes with minimal oversight.</p> <p><strong>About You&nbsp;</strong><br>As a Senior Project Manager in our PS Organisation, you will drive impact primarily through hands-on delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement.</p> <p>1. Client Delivery Excellence<br>● Drive Complex Engagements: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level&nbsp;customer projects from kickoff to sign-off within fast-paced environments.<br>● Scope &amp; Milestone Management: Prepare enterprise customers for deployment, establish clear&nbsp;success criteria, track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure project execution&nbsp;adheres to deadlines and budgets.<br>● Risk &amp; Issue Governance: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical&nbsp;dependencies, resolving issues autonomously before they escalate.<br>● Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer&nbsp;executives, cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales), and third-&nbsp;party partners.<br>● Quality &amp; Performance: Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet or exceed Rubrik's standards and customer business objectives.</p> <p>2. PMO &amp; Process Optimisation<br>● Partner with PS leadership to help build, refine, and maintain the PMO governance framework, including standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and key performance indicators.<br>● Continuous Improvement: Flag bottlenecks and recommend improvements that enhance&nbsp;operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction.<br>● Assist in establishing best practices for your engagements, resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and project health reporting across the PS portfolio.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br>● 8+ years of direct Project Manage
