The Scope
The Head of Integrity Data & Innovations (m-f-d) leads the development and implementation of FSC’s integrity data and innovation agenda, driving the use of data analytics, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to strengthen the FSC integrity system.
The role is responsible for identifying opportunities where data and technology can enhance risk detection, decision-making, and assurance outcomes, and for translating integrity priorities into actionable products, insights, methodologies, and capabilities. The position oversees integrity data analytics, leads multidisciplinary teams, fosters innovation in integrity risk management, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to embed data-driven practices across the organization. Acting as both a strategic business partner and business owner in relation to the Technology & Information Unit, the role ensures that data and innovation initiatives effectively support and safeguard the credibility, integrity, and impact of the FSC system.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement FSC’s Integrity Data, Analytics, and Innovation Strategy aligned with organizational priorities and in partnership with core teams.
Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of integrity data products and capabilities to deliver measurable integrity outcomes.
Lead FSC’s integrity innovation portfolio, managing initiatives from opportunity identification and pilot design through implementation and adoption.
Oversee integrity analytics to identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Identify and prioritize the application of advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, geospatial intelligence, and other emerging technologies to address integrity risks.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of integrity data products, dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting capabilities.
Ensure effective integration and use of certification, transaction, geospatial, and external data sources to strengthen integrity analysis and reporting.
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making, evidence-based innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across FSC.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal functions, the FSC Network, technology providers, research institutions, NGOs, academia, and assurance organizations.
