Pre-Sales Engineer

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, IT Solutions, or a similar technical role. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Networking, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure. - Excellent technical presentation and solution demonstration skills. - Ability to analyze customer requirements and design tailored IT solutions. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Technical teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer business and technical requirements. - Design and present customized IT solutions and technical proposals. - Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). - Support the Sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle. - Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
