Influencer Marketing Manager (all genders)

Your role

You will be an integral part of driving Sunday Natural’s Influencer Marketing across key channels, turning creator partnerships into measurable brand and commercial growth. In this role, you will execute and optimize campaigns across DACH, working closely with our team to test new formats, build authentic relationships with creators, and scale our reach across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Manage and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across assigned product categories and campaign flights

• Actively scout, negotiate with, and brief creators who align with our brand values and resonate with our community

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against core KPIs (revenue, CAC, ROAS, engagement) to continually optimize outcomes

• Coordinate the delivery of content, tracking links, and discount codes to ensure smooth campaign launches

• Support budget tracking and campaign reporting, identifying top performers to build long-term ambassador partnerships

• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Social, Performance) to repurpose high-performing creator content across Sunday Natural’s ecosystem

• Stay on top of emerging social trends, creator formats, and competitor campaigns to pitch fresh activation ideas

Your profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing (ideally within D2C, health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle)

• Proven track record of running end-to-end campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Solid understanding of both brand awareness metrics (reach, impressions, EMV) and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate)

• Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies, or management networks in the DACH region

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets and tracking tools to evaluate campaign ROI

• Genuine passion for health, nutrition, wellness, and holistic living

• Fluency in German and English
