(Senior) Manager Business Value Chain (all genders)

As a (Senior) Manager in our Production & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding strategic client relationships, and leading high-impact transformation engagements. You will work closely with senior executives to identify new opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and support our clients in achieving sustainable operational and strategic improvements. In addition to leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery, you will play a pivotal role in developing our market presence, strengthening key accounts, and further growing our Production & Operations consulting practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Build and grow trusted client relationships while expanding key accounts and driving business development activities
• Lead proposal development and contribute to the acquisition of new consulting opportunities
• Design target operating models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps
• Lead complex transformation, reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement programs
• Advise clients on manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization, and operational strategy topics
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and business impact
• Coach and develop consulting teams while contributing to the growth of the Production & Operations practice

Are you an analytical thinker with strong social skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

•  7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs, client engagements, and business development activities
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field
• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environments
• Proven track record in developing strategic client relationships, growing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing consulting teams
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
