Urban Governance and Regulations Expert

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Urban Governance and Regulations Expert Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert advisory on urban governance frameworks, zoning regulations and land use policies - Review and interpret municipal regulations, development control rules and planning standards applicable to KSA urban projects - Support the development and updating of urban governance policies and regulatory frameworks - Coordinate with government authorities and municipal entities on regulatory compliance and approvals - Advise on best practice urban governance models and support their adaptation to the Saudi context Requirements: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on government, urban development or master planning projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
