Estimation Manager – Electrical

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Estimation Manager – Electrical to lead our electrical estimation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with client specifications, project requirements, and company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the electrical estimation department. - Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. - Prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing for electrical systems. - Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. - Conduct site visits and pre-bid meetings when required. - Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions. - Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions within deadlines. - Review contract documents and clarify tender queries with clients and consultants. - Monitor market prices and maintain an updated cost database. - Mentor and develop the estimation team to improve performance and efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. - Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical estimation within the MEP or construction industry. - At least 5+ years in a managerial or lead estimation role. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cost estimation techniques, and tendering procedures. - Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel. - Experience with ERP systems and quantity take-off software is an advantage. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines. - GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
