Cleaning Manager

Zahran FM is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Cleaning Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all cleaning operations across assigned FM contracts ensuring consistent service quality and client satisfaction - Develop and implement cleaning procedures, work schedules and quality control frameworks aligned with CAFM systems - Manage cleaning manpower, rosters, training and performance to ensure optimal team productivity and service standards - Monitor cleaning operations, conduct audits and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for client and management review - Coordinate with client representatives and facility management teams on cleaning requirements, service delivery and issue resolution Requirements: - 15+ years hands-on experience in soft services - Minimum 4 years with FM company in GCC - Knowledge of soft services systems and CAFM - Strong manpower management skills - Good in MS Office and planning
