Deputy Event Director

Fifteen Eleven Events is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Deputy Event Director Project: Mega Project - Riyadh Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Support the Event Director in managing all operational and strategic aspects of the mega event programme - Oversee day-to-day event delivery across multiple workstreams including production, logistics, transport and registration - Coordinate with department leads, contractors and venue teams to ensure seamless event execution - Monitor programme performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines - Represent the Event Director in meetings, client engagements and stakeholder communications as required Requirements: - Proven experience in exhibitions, expos, fairs, conferences or large-scale events is mandatory
