Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

An investment company is seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic investment decisions in close collaboration with the Executive Directors and Chairman. Key Responsibilities: * Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance management. * Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, financial statements, external audits, and Board-level presentations. * Support investment decisions through financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, portfolio performance monitoring, and capital allocation analysis. * Ensure effective financial controls, treasury management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. * Maintain compliance with Saudi regulations, including Zakat, VAT, taxation, financial reporting, and relevant CMA requirements. * Provide strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and commercially sound recommendations to senior leadership. * Lead the finance team while ensuring operational efficiency, transparency, accountability, and robust financial processes. Qualifications & Requirements: * 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, including 5–6 years of experience in Saudi Arabia. * Proven senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance. * Experience in investment companies, investment holdings, private equity, family offices, or asset management is highly desirable. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification preferred. * Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, investment analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls.
