Senior Collections Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Collections Manager to lead and optimize our credit and collections operations. This role is responsible for managing outstanding receivables, improving collection performance, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee collection of outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments - Lead, mentor, and manage collections team performance - Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce bad debt - Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report to senior management - Build strong client relationships to minimize delinquencies - Review and enhance credit policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field - Minimum 8 years' experience (5+ in collections, GCC experience preferred) - Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
