UBD Supervisor

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: UBD Supervisor - Underbalanced Drilling Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Supervise all underbalanced drilling (UBD) operations on site ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution Lead UBD operations planning and execution including surface package management, rotating control device operations and pressure management Ensure well control procedures are in place and all personnel are competent in UBD well control requirements Coordinate with drilling, testing and completion teams on UBD operational integration and technical requirements Prepare UBD operational reports, morning reports and post-well analysis documentation for client and management review Requirements: Proven experience in UBD operations, planning and execution is mandatory Experience in surface package management, well control and coordination with drilling and testing teams
