Logistics Planning Associate

Join our team in Dubai, UAE and become part of a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in managing import operations, logistics planning, and supply chain coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze Sales vs. Stock performance and support OPSI planning • Create, release, and manage Purchase Orders • Coordinate shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners • Manage import and trade documentation (LC, BL, CI, PL, COO, etc.) • Monitor budgets, accruals, and payment processes • Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, clearance teams, clients, and internal stakeholders We're looking for someone with: ✔ Strong knowledge of logistics, imports, and trade documentation ✔ Experience in logistics planning and supply chain coordination ✔ Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills ✔ Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities ✔ SAP or other ERP system experience is an advantage
