Electrical Procurement Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join our team in managing the procurement needs for MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power and light current systems, vendor management, and material planning. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the procurement process for construction projects. - Prepare purchase requests and ensure timely supply of materials and equipment. - Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate prices and delivery schedules. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and approvals. - Collaborate with project teams to forecast material requirements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications. - Monitor and report on procurement KPIs and cost-saving initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in procurement within the construction sector. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
