Procurement Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement operations, supplier management, invoice processing, ERP systems, and cross-functional coordination within EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), contracts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate supplier payments and follow up with Finance to ensure timely processing.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variations, and documentation issues.
- Maintain procurement, vendor, and invoice data in SAP/ERP systems.
- Prepare procurement, payment, and material status reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage vendor master data and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams.
- Support supplier performance monitoring, contract administration, and procurement compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction Projects.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, invoice verification, and finance coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
