Founded in 2024 by Lukas Zörner and Anil Can Baykal, Integral set out to redefine how accounting, taxation and payroll works for SMEs in Europe, starting with Germany. The company is backed by General Catalyst, Cherry Ventures, Puzzle Ventures and entrepreneurs across Europe.
As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help us build trustworthy product experiences that solve real customer problems on payroll, tax and accounting. Own outcomes, not just output, balancing speed and craftsmanship to deliver value that compounds using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.
What you'll do
Design, build and maintain our cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability and security
Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end — from design to rollout and continuous improvement
Drive infrastructure-as-code practices across the engineering team
Collaborate closely with product and AI engineers to enable fast, safe and frequent deployments
Monitor system performance, lead incident response and run post-mortems to keep raising the bar
Instrument infrastructure with observability tooling — logs, metrics, traces — and act on what you see
Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all environments
Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural investments
Drive simplicity: reduce complexity for developers and keep systems easy to reason about
High ownership: you'll have a real say in how we build and scale our infrastructure
Your decisions directly impact the reliability and performance of a platform used by thousands of SMEs across Europe
Tight feedback loops with engineers, founders and stakeholders

Core responsibilities
Experience & Mindset
5+ years in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Infrastructure roles, ideally at a startup or high-growth company
Proven track record of owning infrastructure end-to-end and driving measurable impact
