Noor Al Sahara General Contracting LLC is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Cost Control Engineer Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets and provide regular cost performance reports and forecasts Develop and maintain cost control systems, cash flow projections and earned value analyses Review contractor invoices, payment applications and change orders for accuracy and commercial compliance Identify cost variances, risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions to project management Prepare financial performance reports and cost dashboards for management review
