Governance and Portfolio Management Expert (PPM)

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Governance and Portfolio Management Expert (PPM) Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement portfolio governance frameworks aligned with client organizational objectives - Establish PPM methodologies, tools and reporting structures across multiple projects - Monitor portfolio performance, risks and interdependencies and report to senior stakeholders - Support PMO setup, maturity assessments and capability building initiatives - Develop governance policies, decision-making frameworks and escalation protocols Requirements: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on government, urban development, infrastructure, PMO or master planning projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable - Relevant certifications such as PfMP or equivalent are an added advantage
