We're currently looking for an experienced Coordinator – International Operations to join a leading organization based in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong office management and coordination experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You'll support international market activities by coordinating documentation, reporting, agency management, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, and the successful execution of regional initiatives. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔ Minimum 5 years of Office Management experience. ✔ Experience within the Travel & Tourism industry is highly preferred. ✔ Hospitality experience is an advantage. ✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). ✔ Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
