Senior Construction Manager

Mace Group is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Construction Manager Project: Major Data Centre Development Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities: - Lead overall construction management activities for the data centre project from mobilization through to handover - Monitor construction schedule, budget, resources and risk while implementing corrective actions as required - Coordinate with design, MEP, structural and fit-out teams to ensure integrated and on-programme delivery - Manage contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards - Represent the PMC / client-side interest on site and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants and key stakeholders Requirements: - Data Centre experience is essential - PMC / Client-side experience is mandatory
