Senior MEP Coordinator

URGENT HIRING | SENIOR MEP COORDINATOR – DUBAI, UAE We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior MEP Coordinator to join our team for a prestigious high-rise development project in Dubai. Project Details - Project: B+G+5P+45+R – Laguna Residence Towers - Location: Dubai, UAE - Experience: Minimum 10 Years - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities - Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities with structural and architectural teams. - Review and approve MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and technical submissions. - Identify and resolve MEP clashes using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. - Monitor site installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project execution. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP experience. - Strong UAE experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory. - Excellent knowledge of MEP coordination, technical drawings, and site execution. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
