Fabrication Manager

A leading International Oil & Gas Company is looking for an experienced Fabrication Manager for a long-term opportunity in Qatar. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering - 12–18 years of Offshore Oil & Gas experience - Minimum 5 years as a Project/Fabrication Manager - Strong experience in Jacket & Heavy Structural Steel Fabrication - Prior ADNOC Offshore Project experience preferred - PMP Certification is an added advantage Core Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project execution (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication & Load-out) - Manage fabrication of Jackets, Bridges, Boat Landings & Flare Derrick Structures - Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes (API) - Project scheduling using Primavera/MS Project - Budget, Cost Control & Profitability Management - Coordinate with leading EPC Contractors - Lead QA/QC, Welding, NDT, Inspection & HSE activities - Offshore coordination, load-out management & project risk mitigation Benefits: - Free Recruitment - Free Food - Free Accommodation - Free Transportation - Long-Term Project - Online Interview after CV Shortlisting
