Principal Architect

SSH is seeking a Principal Architect to join their offices in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will bring experience from leading international multidisciplinary firms with a proven track record of delivering landmark projects across the Middle East. The right person will have comprehensive project delivery experience across hospitality and branded residential developments, including high-rise and super high-rise projects. They will demonstrate strong technical expertise in engineering and specialist design coordination, technical detailing, and the application of international and local building codes. Experience in RfP review and assessment, identifying scope gaps and project risks, preparing bids and proposals, developing performance specifications, and managing discipline budgets is essential. The ideal candidate will also have proven leadership experience managing teams across the GCC and satellite offices, with a strong focus on team development, performance management, and mentorship, alongside excellent client and stakeholder management, presentations, and reporting.
