Technical Director - Marine (EPC)

MENASA & Partners is recruiting for the following position: Position: Technical Director - Marine (EPC Contractor) Location: Africa Rotation: 6 months on / 3 months off (Single Status) Project Value: USD 800 million Key Responsibilities: - Provide overall technical direction and leadership for a major marine EPC project including land installation and jetty construction - Lead and oversee marine piling operations ensuring compliance with design specifications, engineering standards and project requirements - Manage multidisciplinary technical teams across marine, civil, structural and geotechnical disciplines - Coordinate with client, design engineers, subcontractors and marine equipment suppliers on technical matters and project execution - Prepare technical reports, engineering assessments and performance updates for senior management and client review Requirements: - Proven experience in Marine Piling Operations is mandatory - Experience managing land installation and jetty projects - Portuguese or Spanish language skills are preferred - EPC project background is required
