Senior Human Resources Officer

Tahboub is seeking a qualified Senior Human Resources Officer to join its Human Resources and Administration Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare monthly payroll using the MENAItech system.
• Review attendance, leave, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related data before finalizing payroll.
• Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Advertise job vacancies and manage incoming applications.
• Review annual recruitment plans and follow up on staffing requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding job offers.
• Manage onboarding and orientation procedures for new employees.
• Ensure that new employees receive and understand their job descriptions, duties, and responsibilities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Practical experience in payroll calculation and preparation.
• Proficiency in the MENAItech system.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain employee confidentiality.
