We are looking for an IT Working Student based in our Berlin office who offers hands-on and remote support to all employees.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You will handle incoming tech support issues, analyze the tasks at hand, and resolve them in collaboration with your team. To you, a perfect solution is not complete until all questions are answered, and every party involved is happy with the end result.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The ideal candidate studies a computer science-related field, enjoys working with people, and has a strong technical interest. Learning is your daily routine and you are not scared of new challenges. You should have worked with Mac OSX and Windows before; debugging the issues at hand around you is just normal for you - you are a self-starter who enjoys taking on responsibility.
