Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supporting the organization's growth and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. • Oversee accounting operations, audits, and tax-related matters. • Develop and implement financial controls and risk management strategies. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ✔ 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including leadership responsibilities. ✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. ✔ Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. ✔ Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are an advantage. ✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. ✔ Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
