Senior Value Engineering Specialist

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Senior Value Engineering Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and participate in value engineering workshops across infrastructure and building projects - Identify and develop value improvement proposals using SAVE International methodology - Analyze function, cost and risk trade-offs and prepare VE recommendations and cost saving summaries - Coordinate with design, cost and project management teams on implementation of approved VE proposals - Maintain VE registers and track realized savings throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - CVS or CEP certification is an added advantage - Previous experience on government, urban development or infrastructure projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
