Commercial Manager – Construction

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial and contractual activities across construction projects. Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, and final accounts. Ensure compliance with FIDIC and contractual obligations. Work closely with project, procurement, and finance teams to maximize project profitability. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 15+ years of experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, claims, and commercial operations. UAE/GCC construction experience is mandatory. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
