Landscape Services Manager

Zahran FM is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Landscape Services Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all landscape services operations across FM contracts ensuring consistent service quality and client satisfaction - Develop and implement landscape maintenance programs, planting plans and horticultural management frameworks - Manage landscape teams, subcontractors and equipment resources to ensure optimal productivity and service standards - Monitor landscape operations, conduct site inspections and prepare performance reports for client and management review - Coordinate with client representatives and facility teams on landscape requirements, service delivery and issue resolution Requirements: - Degree in Business, FM or relevant field - 15+ years in FM (Soft Services) with 10+ years in senior roles - Minimum 5 years GCC experience - Strong stakeholder management and live operations experience
