Associate / Architectural Director

We are seeking an Associate / Architectural Director for a prestigious international architecture studio in Dubai. This senior leadership position reports directly to a Partner and provides significant autonomy. You will lead the design and delivery of exceptional luxury hospitality and resort projects while driving business development and studio growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider region. Key aspects of the role include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel operators, developers, and investors - Providing creative design leadership from concept to completion - Managing project delivery with a focus on design excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction - Mentoring and developing high-performing architectural teams Requirements: - Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred) - Registered Architect (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) - 15+ years' experience with a strong focus on luxury hospitality and resort projects - Proven track record in business development and winning new work - Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills - Fluent in English This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial architect to combine outstanding design leadership with genuine business impact in the luxury hospitality sector.
