Architectural Engineer

Position: Architectural Engineer. We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality architectural solutions across diverse projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refine conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings. - Prepare and review design packages, tender documents, and architectural presentation materials. - Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, MEP, Structural, and Project Management to ensure design integrity. - Review consultant drawings and ensure compliance with project standards, regulations, and applicable codes. - Support authority submissions, approval processes, and permit applications. - Participate in design coordination meetings with consultants and project stakeholders. - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify design compliance, and resolve site-related issues. - Support BIM coordination and ensure alignment between multidisciplinary project teams. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. - 5–10 years of experience in architectural design. - Experience in real estate development, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is preferred. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Experience with visualization and presentation tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion. - Knowledge of BIM coordination processes. - Excellent command of English language; Arabic is an advantage. - Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
