Senior Cost Controller

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Controller to join a major project in the offshore and marine sector. Key Requirements: - 9–12 years of relevant experience in Cost Control and Quantity Surveying, including at least 5 years in a senior-level role. - Direct project experience in Offshore Jackets, PDMs, Topsides, and/or Saudi Aramco CRPO projects. - Experience in offshore/onshore fabrication or construction, preferably involving rigs, lift boats, shipbuilding, or MRO. - Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, man-hour tracking, accruals, and cost variance analysis. - Experience managing invoices, claims, change orders, variations, and commercial risks. - Understanding of ERP systems; strong MS Office skills. Primavera P6 experience is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent. - Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and cost performance. - Review invoices, supplier and subcontractor claims, manpower costs, and material costs. - Manage variations, change orders, revised budgets, and commercial risks. - Prepare cost reports, accruals, forecasts, and variance analyses. - Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
