Drilling Superintendent

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of an Oil & Gas client in Oman for the following position: Position: Drilling Superintendent Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Provide overall superintendence and technical leadership across drilling operations ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective well delivery Manage drilling contractors, service companies and site personnel and ensure compliance with well program, procedures and HSE requirements Review and approve well programs, drilling procedures, BHA designs and mud programs for assigned wells Monitor drilling operations in real time and provide technical guidance on drilling parameters, issues and optimization opportunities Prepare drilling performance reports, lessons learned and end of well reports for management and client review Requirements: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience Mandatory experience with an Oil & Gas Operating Company
