Managing Director, Retail Development

We are launching a highly confidential search for a Managing Director, Retail Development in Riyadh. This is a serious leadership role, with responsibility for a major retail portfolio spanning embedded mixed-use retail, community formats and a large-scale destination mall. We're looking for someone who has led retail development at scale in the Middle East, understands the full development lifecycle and can combine commercial, leasing and delivery judgement with the leadership presence to build and run the function.
