We are supporting a leading design consultancy to appoint a Director of Interior Design for its Dubai studio. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the creative direction and delivery of landmark luxury hospitality developments across the Middle East, overseeing projects from concept through to completion whilst driving client relationships, operations, strategy and business growth. We are seeking an inspiring design leader with 15+ years' experience within internationally recognised, design-led consultancies and an outstanding portfolio of luxury hospitality projects for leading global hotel operators. You will combine exceptional creative vision with strong commercial acumen, proven team leadership and the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performing design teams.
